BNQA Assessment Process

The BNQA assessment process is designed to be transparent, rigorous, and supportive, helping organizations identify strengths and opportunities for improvement while ensuring fair recognition of their excellence.

Step I: Application & Eligibility Check

• Organizations submit a detailed application along with the Eligibility Determination Form.
• BNQA team reviews submissions to confirm eligibility based on sector, size, and compliance with award criteria.

Step II: Self-Assessment & Documentation

• Eligible organizations complete a self-assessment aligned with BNQA criteria.
  They provide supporting documents and data showcasing their processes, practices, and results.

Step III: Preliminary Review

• BNQA assessors conduct an initial evaluation of the application and documentation.
• Feedback may be provided to clarify or request additional information.

Step IV: On-site Assessment & Validation

• A team of trained BNQA assessors visits the organization to verify information and observe practices firsthand.
  Assessors conduct interviews, review processes, and engage with leadership, employees, and stakeholders.

Step V: Feedback Report

• Following the on-site assessment, organizations receive a detailed report highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
• This report serves as a valuable tool for continuous quality enhancement, regardless of the award outcome.

Step VI: Final Evaluation & Award Decision

• The BNQA Judging Panel reviews assessment findings and feedback reports.
• Awards are granted based on merit, sector benchmarks, and overall performance excellence.

Step VII: Award Ceremony & Recognition

• Award winners are publicly recognized at the BNQA annual ceremony.
• Organizations gain visibility, credibility, and the motivation to pursue higher standards of excellence.
